Phantom Cables Shipping Policy
Phantom Cables ships orders out of our Markham, Ontario warehouse on Monday through Friday. Most in-stock orders placed before 3pm EST will ship out the same day. Most orders placed over the weekend will ship on the next business day. All online orders will receive an automated tracking number once the order has shipped from our warehouse. Orders can also be shipped collect on your account by providing us with a courier and account number.
Transit Times - Ground Shipping
We offer various levels of shipping service options and ship orders all over North America. All transit times will be displayed with the level of service you select except for ‘Ground Service’. For ‘Ground Service’ transit times, please refer to the chart below.
Transit Times - FedEx Economy
We ship orders all over North America. For ‘FedEx Economy’ transit times, please refer to the chart below.
Shipping to Canada
Shipping offered online within Canada are via Purolator, FedEx and Canada Post. We can ship with other couriers at the customer’s request. All applicable taxes are charged at time of order.
Shipping to the US
When shipping to the US, Phantom Cables covers all brokerage charges on all ‘Free Ground Shipping’ or prepaid orders. Any applicable duties will appear as a separate line item at time of checkout. Brokerage and duties are not covered by Phantom Cables when shipping collect on your account
We will ship to APO/FPO's via postal service only. Unfortunately we cannot estimate delivery dates as they vary greatly. It may take upwards of 30 business days to be delivered to you. We are not able to process APO/FPO shipments online at this time. Please contact us via phone or email and we would be happy to assist you with your order.
By default, a signature is not required by the courier upon delivery. If a signature is required by the customer, a special request can be added to the cart at checkout. Please note, if no signature is requested by the customer, it is the customers responsibility if a shipment is lost or stolen once the shipment has been delivered to the specified address.
Shipping Outside Canada and the US
We can also ship products outside of Canada and the US but we do not accept these orders over through our web site. Please contact us if you would like to place your order and we will process it manually. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate lead times since they vary greatly depending on your location.
